It is the policy of AÉK BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all of its employees therefore, AÉK BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY has a mind focus on health, safety and environmental matters which are not compromised in anyway of our endeavor. We believe every accident and every injury is avoidable therefore, we take every reasonable step to reduce the possibility of injury, illness, or accident on construction site. We operate the strictest safety standard in a systematic and visible manner. We have stringent health, safety and environmental control system in place which are been implemented and monitored by both junior and senior project managers. It is the duties of Boards of Directors to ensure enforcement of health & safety policies and follow compliance with the code of conduct bureau incorporated in our management system plan.

As part of our effort at managing the occupational health and safety of our employees a comprehensive first aid office is established on all project sites which are adequately equipped with modern facilities and control by medical practitioner. Also detailed health and safety policies plan are been prepare at the beginning of any construction project in which possible occupation hazards are been noted and kept on an early warning system chart of the organization. Work involving risk hazard are duly pronounced and started out with possible risk been challenged by checking the construction methodology to be adopted.
